These days, they need look no further than social online networking sites to help shake up the monotony of a lack luster nutrition and fitness routine. It has become pretty simple to use social networks to find workout tips, healthy recipes, or motivational and supportive groups whose sole purpose is to help you reach their healthy lifestyle goals. The test involves a "shuttle run" which instructors say should be the minimum standard for a serving police officer. Tom Symonds tried out the test with Surrey Police. The force says it has seen improvements since regular fitness tests were introduced.

Misfit Wearables also sells accessory sport bands , necklaces and leather bands . It's not too surprising that Shine is selling at Apple, given its ties to the Cupertino, Calif.-based powerhouse. Misfit Wearables cofounder John Sculley is the former CEO of Apple, AppleInsider noted .
